Professional Fees for "routine" medical care is
either what insurances pay us of for cash paying patients
we charge compassionate fees determined by the physician on
an individual basis. For MEDICAL MARIJUANA RECOMENDATIONS
please note that we DO NOT ACCEPT MEDICAL INSURANCE as
a form of payment due to the nightmare of problems it would generate as well as the fact they would refuse to pay for such a visit. In general my medical marijuana fees are as follows:
For adults 21 years and over a first visit is $200.
Patients can expect a medical evaluation to determine
that marijuana can be safely used for the symptomatic
treatment of their condition and to get a written
reccomendation for its medical use which typically
lasts for ONE YEAR. IF YOU ARE BETWEEN AGES 18 AND 21
YOU MUST BRING A PARENT OF LEGAL GUARDIAN!
